Eligibility

  • Qualified LLB from a recognised university
  • Background in a reputed law firm and/or in-house legal team
  • Strong exposure to corporate advisory, commercial contracts, cross-border deals, compliance, and transactions

Role Overview

We are seeking a sharp, business-oriented legal professional to join our Legal Team as Assistant Manager – Legal. This role sits at the intersection of law, business, and strategy—supporting key transactions, ensuring compliance excellence, and enabling the company’s growth. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams as both a legal advisor and a business enabler.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts (vendor, distribution, licensing, SaaS, technology, partnerships).
  • Advise on corporate governance, regulatory issues, and compliance under the Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI, and other applicable laws.
  • Support and execute corporate transactions—M&A, joint ventures, investments, restructurings.
  • Work with business teams to identify risks and deliver pragmatic, business-aligned legal solutions.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong grounding in corporate and commercial law.
  • Proven experience managing high-value contracts and transactions.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex legal topics into clear business actions.
