Candidates with strong B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in HRIS, HCM, payroll, or global payroll solutions, and a proven record of exceeding sales targets.

Role Overview

The Account Executive – Global Payroll role at Rippling offers a unique opportunity to combine high-velocity sales execution with a strategic, consultative selling approach. As part of the Global AE Sales team, you will play a critical role in scaling Rippling’s global sales organization by owning the end-to-end sales cycle, consistently achieving quota, and delivering exceptional customer experiences during onboarding and handoff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Join and contribute to the Global Account Executive team to build and scale the global sales organization
  • Own the full sales cycle from discovery and product demo through negotiation and close
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue and quota targets
  • Manage and maintain a strong sales pipeline in Salesforce with accurate forecasting
  • Develop deep expertise across Rippling’s product platform and competitive landscape
  • Partner closely with Account Management to ensure seamless customer transitions post-sale
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across prospective customer organizations

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS)
  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
  • Proven experience carrying and closing against a $1M+ annual quota
  • Demonstrated success as a top performer (top 10% of sales organization preferred)
  • Experience selling HRIS, HCM, payroll, or global payroll solutions
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in English
