Job Title: Product Manager – Gen AI

Salary: $240K – $700K (Salary + Stock Options)

Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree, AI/ML product experience, enterprise apps background

Role Overview: Lead product vision, roadmap & execution for Netflix’s internal Productivity Assistant powered by GenAI. Build scalable AI solutions to enhance workforce productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define product strategy, roadmap, and execution
• Drive AI/GenAI solutions: prompt engineering, conversational interfaces
• Collaborate with Engg/Design for scalable delivery
• Monitor adoption, performance, and engagement metrics
• Lead change management & internal adoption
• Ensure compliance: safety, privacy, ethics

• Proven GenAI/AI agent product launches
• ML/AI knowledge (training, tuning, embeddings, evaluation)
