Role Overview

Design is one of Toddle’s core competencies, and as a Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping how users experience our products. You will be responsible for envisioning, designing, and delivering intuitive, impactful, and delightful product experiences across our web and mobile platforms. Our designers are makers and storytellers who bring ideas to life with clarity, craft, and purpose.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for web and mobile products, from problem definition to final execution
• Create storyboards, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes to communicate design concepts
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, curriculum, and design teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Participate in and contribute to design reviews, offering constructive feedback
• Develop a deep understanding of users through research, site visits, and direct conversations with educators and school leadership
• Identify opportunities for product and experience improvements across all Toddle applications
• Support hiring efforts by participating in recruitment, interviews, and talent evaluation

Skills and Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience designing for web and mobile platforms
• Formal training in design (UI/UX, Interaction Design, Visual Design, or related field)
• Strong proficiency in Figma
• Experience designing digital products, preferably in SaaS or B2B environments
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Strong understanding of the complete product design process
• Interest in education and a strong eye for the difference between “good” and “great” design

Eligibility

• Relevant design experience and portfolio demonstrating product design work
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced product environment
