Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
• Certifications: PMP or PgMP required; Agile/Scrum certifications strongly preferred.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale, multi-million-dollar projects across global, regulated environments.

Role Overview:

As an Enterprise Project Manager, you will oversee complex, strategic, and high-value client programs focused on large-scale cloud transformation. This role demands a blend of executive leadership, project governance, financial acumen, and stakeholder management. You will partner with C-suite executives to drive delivery excellence, manage multi-year programs across global teams, and help shape PMO methodologies to elevate enterprise delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead enterprise-wide cloud transformation programs with multi-geography, multi-partner delivery scope. Develop and manage program roadmaps, budgets, dashboards, and governance reports. Partner with executive sponsors and steering committees to ensure strategic alignment and transparency. Oversee risk management, change control, and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, SOC2, SOX). Drive cross-functional collaboration, manage dependencies, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Contribute to PMO best practices, process improvement, and knowledge sharing while acting as a trusted advisor to Fortune 1000 clients.

Skills and Qualifications :

Proven expertise in enterprise program management, cloud delivery (AWS, Azure, GCP), and financial governance for large-scale transformations. Strong command of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies. Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder engagement, and risk management skills. Advanced proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis. PMP/PgMP certification mandatory; Agile or Scrum certifications preferred. Experience leading multi-year, multi-million-dollar programs in regulated industries such as healthcare, BFSI, or government. Demonstrated strategic thinking, leadership, and adaptability in high-stakes delivery environments.
