Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth in the global iGaming industry. The ideal candidate will bring a strong network, deep industry understanding, and proven expertise in direct sales and new client acquisition. This role involves managing the complete sales lifecycle while working closely with internal teams to deliver value-driven solutions to clients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive direct sales and acquire new clients within the global iGaming ecosystem.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new revenue opportunities across key iGaming markets.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure sustained revenue growth.
  • Understand customer business needs, technical requirements, and challenges; position the right solutions accordingly.
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead qualification, opportunity scoping, product demos, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations and internal teams on solution design, proposals, contracts, and agreements.
  • Develop and execute new logo acquisition strategies, market mapping, and market analytics.
  • Represent the company at global exhibitions, trade shows, and industry conferences.
  • Gather customer and prospect feedback and share insights with internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare and maintain weekly and quarterly sales reports.

Skills and Qualifications

  • MBA qualification (mandatory).
  • 5–6+ years of direct sales experience, preferably within the iGaming industry.
  • Strong network and understanding of iGaming markets, trends, and business models.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to present, negotiate, and sell confidently.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and sales tools such as Lusha and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Thorough understanding of sales, marketing, and negotiation techniques.
  • Ability to engage and influence VP and CXO-level stakeholders.
  • Fast learner with adaptability to new processes, CRM tools, and technologies.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Strong interest in technology and solution-based selling.
