• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mass Communication, Media, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in content strategy/podcasting/digital media (5+ years).
• CIBIL score of 750+ (mandatory).

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Podcast Unit Lead to head Bajaj Finance Limited’s podcast initiatives. The role involves strategy, AI-driven content ideation, high-quality production, promotions, and brand positioning. The ideal candidate will combine creative vision, leadership skills, and technical know-how of AI tools to make podcasts a strategic brand asset, while also being able to represent the brand as a face/voice when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Podcast Unit (team of 4: 1 lead + 3 members).
• Develop podcast strategy & positioning across finance, food, lifestyle, and AI-driven themes.
• Utilize AI tools for ideation, scripting, voiceovers, editing, and promotion.
• Oversee digital promotions, partnerships, and brand-building.
• Act as the face/voice of podcasts when required to strengthen branding.
• Repurpose podcast content for LinkedIn/Instagram to maximize audience traction.
• Ensure high-quality production standards and continuous process excellence.

Skills and Qualifications

Technical & Creative Skills

• Strong knowledge of AI tools for content creation, voiceovers, video editing, and analytics.
• Proven experience in content/podcast/media strategy (5+ years).
• Expertise in digital storytelling, presentation, and audience engagement.

Professional Skills

• Strong leadership & team management abilities.
• Demonstrated success in influencer/celebrity collaborations.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Strong personal branding/aesthetic presence (ability to represent brand as voice/face).
