Role Overview:
As a Brand Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of impactful marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning, drive consumer engagement, and support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute annual marketing plans to drive business objectives
- Build and strengthen brand positioning and architecture
- Create multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Leverage consumer insights to identify unmet needs and drive innovation
- Manage media planning, campaign metrics, and performance optimization
- Lead strategic partnerships and agency relationships
- Drive innovation in content formats and emerging platforms
- Leverage consumer insights, market trends, and data analysis to inform marketing decisions.

Skills and Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of experience in brand marketing, with experience in the consumer tech business is a plus.
- Should have managed 20cr and above ATL brand campaigns.
- Proven track record of building and managing brands.
- Strong understanding of consumer insights and market trends
- Excellent campaign planning and execution skills
- Ability to manage agency relationships and internal creative teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
