  • MBA is must.
  • 4-5 years as FMCG brand manager (not trade or sales) is a must.

Role Overview:

As a Brand Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of impactful marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning, drive consumer engagement, and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute annual marketing plans to drive business objectives
  • Build and strengthen brand positioning and architecture
  • Create multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement
  • Leverage consumer insights to identify unmet needs and drive innovation
  • Manage media planning, campaign metrics, and performance optimization
  • Lead strategic partnerships and agency relationships
  • Drive innovation in content formats and emerging platforms
  • Leverage consumer insights, market trends, and data analysis to inform marketing decisions.
  • Manage media planning, campaign metrics, and performance optimization
  • Lead strategic partnerships and collaborations to amplify brand reach and impact

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4-5 years of experience in brand marketing, with experience in the consumer tech business is a plus.
  • Should have managed 20cr and above ATL brand campaigns.
  • Proven track record of building and managing brands.
  • Strong understanding of consumer insights and market trends
  • Excellent campaign planning and execution skills
  • Ability to manage agency relationships and internal creative teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
