Drive scalable go-to-market strategies, collaborate cross-functionally, and influence product direction while acting as a trusted advisor to senior IT and C-level leaders. Key Responsibilities: Coach and develop Solution Engineers, build and scale pre-sales processes, partner with Sales on pipeline and customer insights, collaborate with Product to influence roadmaps, and advise senior stakeholders. Lead hiring, onboarding, and foster a culture of trust and excellence. Skills and Qualifications: Strong leadership with deep experience in enterprise sales cycles, engaging senior IT leaders.
