Job Title: Senior Manager, IT Operations

Role Type: Full-Time

Salary: CAD $122,300 — $171,300

Eligibility: Candidates with experience in IT infrastructure, helpdesk management, asset lifecycle management, SaaS IT operations, and technology leadership

Role Overview:

Lead a global IT team to ensure high availability, security, and performance of IT infrastructure while driving process improvement, automation, and effective asset lifecycle management. Develop people, optimize processes, and participate in key cross-functional initiatives to support business objectives.

Skills:

• IT leadership in global Helpdesk and infrastructure teams
• SaaS IT operations, network administration, and system security
• Active Directory, OKTA/SSO, remote access, Mac/PC/Linux endpoints
• Jira Service Management (JSM) and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
• Agile project management, process improvement, automation
• IT asset lifecycle management and vendor/partner management
• Strategic planning, budgeting, KPI/metrics tracking, and DE&I leadership

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage global IT teams, focusing on people development, performance, and DE&I
• Ensure high availability, security, reliability, and performance of IT infrastructure
• Implement and optimize IT processes, automation, and lifecycle management of assets
• Collaborate with IT Security and cross-functional teams to deliver secure, efficient solutions
• Drive continuous improvement, SLA adherence, and effective escalation management
• Plan and manage budgets, external vendors, and strategic IT initiatives
