Salary: $130,000 – $470,000 annually (Salary + Stock Options; no bonuses)
Eligibility: Open to candidates with strong product, UX, and consumer insights research experience, preferably in digital subscription or entertainment businesses. Global research experience is a plus.
Role Overview
This role offers the opportunity to lead innovative, high-impact research at a global scale. You will define, lead, and analyze research studies that generate actionable insights to guide strategic business decisions. Working closely with cross-functional partners, you’ll help shape growth and commerce strategies while ensuring engaging, inclusive, and innovative user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and socialize research that informs global growth and commerce product strategy.
- Lead end-to-end quantitative and qualitative UX research, including usability studies.
- Partner closely with Product Management, Product Marketing, Design, Data Science, Finance, Strategy, and other CI researchers.
- Develop and drive new research initiatives aligned with business and product goals.
- Identify, evaluate, and apply best practices across existing and emerging research methodologies.
- Translate research findings into clear, actionable strategic recommendations for business stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in product research and/or UX research.
- Strong mixed-methods research expertise (quantitative + qualitative).
- Proven hands-on experience conducting usability research.
- Ability to proactively define research questions and select appropriate methodologies.
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with a bias toward action and collaboration.
- Passion for converting insights into strategic, business-impacting outcomes.
- Global research experience preferred but not mandatory.
