  • Experience building or maintaining design systems or asset libraries (Figma preferred)
  • Ability to translate product, business, and data requirements into scalable, user-friendly design solutions

Role Overview

In this role, you’ll design and evolve a scalable UI/UX system used across key game titles and creator experiences. You will work closely with internal teams and external developers, influencing platform-wide monetization features, developer workflows, and in-game player experiences. You will define best practices, map user journeys, and prototype solutions that support fast iteration, high-quality design, and consistency across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a Figma-based asset library and UI design system to accelerate cross-title development.
  • Produce wireframes and high-fidelity design mock-ups for top-priority game titles.
  • Create player journey and UI flow maps, including entry points, rewarded video touchpoints, ad placements, and UX handoffs.
  • Maintain and evolve genre-aligned UI best practice guidelines, monetization standards, and reusable patterns.
  • Identify optimization opportunities and contribute design assets ready for A/B testing or implementation.
  • Develop an internal benchmarking tool to catalog UI placement patterns across titles.
  • Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, live-ops, and developer relations teams, ensuring the design system is scalable and implementation-friendly.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year experience in UI/UX design (gaming or monetization system experience preferred)
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, including component systems and asset libraries
  • Experience in both low-fidelity wireframing and high-fidelity visual mock design
  • Strong visual design foundation: layout, spacing, typography, iconography, and responsive design
  • Ability to map and design complex user journeys and in-game UI flows
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
  • Experience with rewarded video design, ad placement UX, live-ops UI, or developer-facing tools
  • Familiarity with A/B testing practices for UX optimization
