About the Role

We are seeking an innovative AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions that enhance our products and services. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in machine learning, natural language processing, and deep learning frameworks, along with the ability to translate business problems into AI models and production-ready systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and implement AI/ML models to solve real-world problems.
• Work with large datasets to preprocess, clean, and optimize for training.
• Research, evaluate, and apply new AI techniques and frameworks.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to integrate AI solutions into production.
• Optimize model performance, scalability, and accuracy.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, ML, and deep learning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in building and deploying AI/ML models.
• Strong programming skills in Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for AI/ML deployment.
• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and model optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Generative AI, LLMs, or conversational AI systems.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Publications, open-source contributions, or Kaggle competition achievements.
