Role Overview:

As a Program Manager within the Data Services team, you will lead the Integrations vertical within the School Success function. You’ll manage end-to-end data and integration projects, ensuring schools’ existing Student Information Systems (SIS) are seamlessly connected with the platform. You’ll also handle data transformation and processing using internal tools and Excel-based systems, playing a key role in improving operational efficiency and supporting educators with data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple integration and data-related projects from end to end
• Coordinate across teams and stakeholders to ensure timely execution
• Create and leverage internal tools (AI + Excel-based) for data processing
• Identify process inefficiencies and suggest scalable improvements
• Handle school data requests and perform transformations using Excel
