Key Responsibilities: Manage client portfolios, drive customer retention, and reduce churn through value-focused engagement. Conduct onboarding, training, and product demos to maximize adoption and customer satisfaction. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve issues, enhance CX, and gather product feedback. Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication, client relationship, and problem-solving skills.
