Eligibility:

  • Graduated in Engineering with a PG in Marketing or Communications
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle, onboarding, account management, and churn reduction

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Customer Success Manager who can drive customer engagement, increase retention, and ensure a consistently high level of customer satisfaction. The role requires a mix of relationship management, strategic thinking, and operational execution to deliver long-term value to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage client portfolios, drive customer retention, and reduce churn through value-focused engagement.

Conduct onboarding, training, and product demos to maximize adoption and customer satisfaction.

Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve issues, enhance CX, and gather product feedback.

Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent communication, client relationship, and problem-solving skills.

Strong knowledge of customer success processes, CRM tools, and ability to influence C-level stakeholders.

Highly organized, tech-savvy, self-driven, and experienced in document creation, customer insights, and service excellence.
