You’ll build trusted relationships with executive and technical stakeholders, align business challenges with Freshworks’ SaaS solutions, and deliver measurable impact through tailored, outcome-driven value propositions. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and mentor peers to elevate team performance — all while driving revenue growth and expanding market presence. Key Responsibilities: Drive end-to-end enterprise SaaS sales cycles — from prospecting, pipeline management, and negotiation to closure. Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and technical stakeholders, deliver value-driven solutions, and exceed revenue and growth targets. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless customer experience and market expansion. Skills and Qualifications: 8–10+ years in enterprise SaaS sales with proven success in quota attainment and complex deal management. Strong solution-selling, strategic thinking, and pipeline forecasting abilities. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and collaboration skills with deep knowledge of CX, EX, ITSM, or IT infrastructure solutions.
