Eligibility

  • Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier institute (MBA preferred)
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in Strategy & Ops, Consulting, or high-growth startups

Role Overview

As a Manager – Growth, you will operate as a growth generalist across the entire user funnel, driving the expansion of Annual Transacting Users (ATU) and Monthly Transacting Users (MTU). You will work across acquisition, activation, intent building, and transaction funnels—owning high-impact charters, scaling programs, and driving measurable business outcomes.
