Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or equivalent
• 7+ years of experience in end-to-end product design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centric and impactful design solutions

Role Overview:

As a Lead Product Designer, you will drive the design vision, mentor the team, and deliver high-quality, user-focused design solutions across multiple product lines. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to align design with business goals while ensuring usability, consistency, and accessibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead innovative design strategies across product verticals
• Align user experience with business objectives
• Mentor and guide the design team for high performance and growth
• Optimize design workflows and delivery processes
• Use analytics and research to inform and refine design decisions
• Oversee execution from concept to delivery
• Present strategies and designs to stakeholders effectively
• Foster experimentation and encourage a creative, user-centric culture

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams (PMs, engineers, marketers)
• Expertise in UX, UI, visual design, and scalable design systems
• Passion for accessibility and inclusive design
• Strategic thinking and ability to balance innovation with execution
• Experience designing enterprise/B2B/platform products is a strong plus
