Role Overview

Talent Acquisition is a strategic priority at Netflix. This role focuses on hiring the best talent, not just filling positions. As a Senior Recruiter, you will act as a trusted advisor to the business, deeply understanding roles, teams, and talent markets to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes. You will independently lead searches, influence stakeholders, and ensure candidates experience Netflix’s unique culture throughout the hiring journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute hiring strategies through workforce planning, market research, networking, and proactive sourcing.
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting initiatives independently, partnering with teammates when needed.
  • Support senior-level and highly complex searches, sometimes acting as a Researcher.
  • Develop deep knowledge of assigned business areas, functions, and talent markets.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and define what “great talent” looks like.
  • Use market data, insights, and business acumen to influence hiring decisions and timelines.
  • Ensure candidates clearly understand the role, growth opportunity, and Netflix culture.
  • Act as a thoughtful, candid recruiting partner who can push back constructively when required.
  • Inspire and influence others through knowledge-sharing and collaboration.
  • Partner with global Talent Acquisition teams to support Netflix’s worldwide hiring efforts.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in full-cycle non-technical recruiting within global, high-growth organizations in India.
  • Strong ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Excellent business acumen with the ability to understand how different business functions intersect.
  • Highly analytical, curious, and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Confident, candid communicator with the ability to challenge and advise senior leaders.
  • Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
  • Passionate about employer branding and contributing to Netflix’s hiring reputation in India.

Eligibility

  • Proven experience recruiting at scale for global organizations
  • Prior exposure to senior-level or complex hiring
  • Strong understanding of Indian talent markets
  • Ability to collaborate with global teams across regions
