Eligibility

  • Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Design, Animation, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant motion graphics/design experience
  • Strong portfolio showcasing previous campaign and brand work
  • Proficiency in After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop (Cinema 4D is a plus)

Role Overview

As a Motion Graphic Designer in the Growth Creative Team, you will play a key role in accelerating Meesho’s business growth by creating visually compelling content tailored to diverse user segments. You will collaborate with writers, art directors, video producers, and marketing teams to produce high-impact creative assets across films, promos, print, digital, and social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work across business teams to deliver motion-led creatives for app campaigns, social media, YouTube, and education content (long-form & short-form)
  • Develop concept notes, design plans, and layouts for motion graphic projects
  • Assist in storyboard creation and visual scripting
  • Execute high-quality creative work across platforms with internal & external teams
  • Partner with copywriters and designers to develop impactful, on-brand campaigns
  • Bring to life multiple content buckets across the user journey and funnel stages

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong design and visual storytelling aptitude
  • Excellent motion design skills with a problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to multitask and execute projects with creative and tactical precision
  • Proven track record of delivering creative solutions to business problems
  • High competency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop; Cinema 4D is a plus
  • Strong understanding of typography, grids, composition, and design systems
