Eligibility:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in revenue management, financial analysis, or customer success/renewals
  • Prior experience in SaaS or EdTech companies preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, and BI tools
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, ChargeBee, PandaDoc, or similar CRM/contracting platforms

Role Overview:

As a Revenue Operations Manager, you’ll lead the end-to-end revenue planning, forecasting, pricing, and renewals processes for the Americas region. Your role will focus on driving data-backed revenue strategies, optimizing collections, and supporting sustainable financial growth while collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Growth, School Success, Finance, and Revenue Ops.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regional revenue strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Lead forecasting and reporting efforts based on market trends and historical data
  • Optimize collections, contract renewals, and pricing updates across all partner schools
  • Work cross-functionally with Growth, School Success, and Finance teams
  • Analyze and improve pricing strategies, discounting models, and promotional offers
  • Establish and maintain KPIs for revenue performance and reporting
  • Publish weekly updates on renewal performance, invoicing, and retention metrics

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and forecasting techniques
  • Experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to distill complex data into actionable insights
  • Familiarity with CRM and revenue software (HubSpot, ChargeBee, PandaDoc)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Demonstrates ownership, curiosity, humility, and a bias toward action
