Role Overview

This role involves owning customer issues end-to-end, developing deep product expertise, and collaborating cross-functionally to improve customer experience, automation, and product capabilities. Key Responsibilities
- Become a product expert by maintaining in-depth knowledge of Rippling’s platform and features
- Own customer issues from initiation to resolution in a dynamic, high-volume environment
- Support customers via chat, email, and video conferencing
- Help customers optimize Rippling for employee data management, automation, reporting, permissions, and approvals
- De-escalate and resolve complex issues using platform and industry expertise
- Work effectively under time constraints and meet tight or unexpected deadlines
- Serve as a go-to resource for customers and internal teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation, feature enhancements, and process improvements
Skills and Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in a customer/client-facing role
- Proven ability to take initiative with limited supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Experience working in time-sensitive, fast-paced environments
- Ability to quickly learn and synthesize complex information
- Good to have: Payroll experience, especially UK payroll
