Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Gen AI Developer to lead the development of next-generation AI-driven applications. The role requires expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, agent-based AI systems, and scalable backend engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement GenAI-powered applications using LLMs, embeddings, and model fine-tuning.
• Build RAG workflows using vector databases like FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, or Chroma.
• Develop LangChain pipelines, including prompt chaining, agents, tools, and memory-based architectures.
• Integrate third-party AI models (OpenAI, Hugging Face, Stability AI, etc.) into enterprise workflows.
• Architect and develop backend microservices using Python and modern frameworks.
• Deploy applications using CI/CD pipelines, Docker containers, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong experience in Python (mandatory).
• Hands-on experience with FastAI, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, or similar AI frameworks.
• Proven experience building applications using LangChain, RAG frameworks, and vector DBs.
• Deep understanding of LLMs and generative AI concepts (text, audio, or multimodal models).
• Experience with system design and backend development, including RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Worked with relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/DynamoDB) databases.
• Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP).
