Eligibility:

Professionals with strong Supply Chain domain knowledge, Manhattan WMS experience (WM 2018+), proven Product Owner/Business Analyst background, and hands-on expertise in WM Active, functional logistics processes, and integration mapping.

Role Overview:

The Product Manager – Supply Chain will lead solution design, product strategy, and successful implementation of Manhattan WMS and related supply chain applications. This role involves partnering with business stakeholders, gathering and translating requirements, driving product roadmaps, managing backlog, and ensuring seamless integration across WMS, YMS, LMS, and related systems. The ideal candidate brings deep domain expertise, strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to align product capabilities with business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as subject matter expert for Manhattan WMS (WM 2018+), WM Active, and related Manhattan solutions.
  • Drive product vision, roadmap, MVP planning, and delivery strategy in collaboration with business stakeholders.
  • Lead end-to-end implementation—from requirements gathering to configuration, setup, testing, and delivery.
  • Conduct detailed BRDs, GAP analysis, and documentation of functional requirements.
  • Understand business processes across Distribution, 3PL, and multiple retail industry segments (Apparel, Fashion, Grocery, etc.).
  • Provide hands-on leadership in configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting Manhattan WMS, Yard Management, Slotting Optimization, SCI Reporting, etc.
  • Work closely with upstream and downstream systems for interface mapping and integration design.
  • Collaborate across business, engineering, and operations teams to drive process improvements and ROI-based enhancements.
  • Create and groom product backlog (Epics, Features, User Stories) in JIRA.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 12+ years of overall experience with 8+ years in Supply Chain domain.
  • Strong functional and technical knowledge of Manhattan WMS (WM 2018+), WM Active.
