Role Overview: The Manager, Analytics - Marketing will lead and manage the marketing analytics team, driving data-driven decision-making to optimize marketing strategies and campaign performance. This role involves developing and implementing marketing analytics initiatives, collaborating cross-functionally, mentoring junior analysts, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality insights aligned with business goals. The role reports to the Senior Manager, Analytics.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Lead and manage the marketing analytics team to deliver timely insights, reports, and recommendations aligned with business and marketing objectives; mentor junior analysts and promote best practices.
  2. Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition, retention, engagement, campaign optimization, ROI analysis, and customer segmentation; drive A/B testing and experimentation to validate and refine marketing initiatives.
  3. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and finance teams to integrate marketing analytics into broader business strategies, ensure data quality and governance, and communicate key marketing KPIs (CAC, CLV, conversion rates) through dashboards and reports to leadership.

Skills & Qualifications :

  1. Strong expertise in marketing analytics within a B2B environment, leveraging Salesforce (SFDC) for lead management, with proven experience managing analytics teams and mentoring junior staff.
  2. Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), and marketing analytics platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo, Adobe Analytics); skilled in A/B testing, multivariate testing, customer segmentation, and targeting strategies.
  3. Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills to translate complex data insights into actionable business decisions, with a strong focus on data-driven marketing strategy development and alignment with organizational goals.
