Role Overview:

The Strategic Solutions Consultant partners with Sales and Success teams to deliver tailored, value-driven social media solutions. This role combines business consulting, technical expertise, and storytelling to help enterprise clients maximize engagement and achieve measurable impact through Hootsuite and Talkwalker platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Sales & Customer Success to craft data-driven social strategies and winning proposals.
• Conduct discovery sessions, product demos, and client workshops to identify challenges and present tailored solutions.
• Manage client trials, facilitate onboarding, and act as a trusted advisor on social strategy and product integration.
• Share insights to improve customer adoption and enable teams during major releases and onboarding programs.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Expertise in consultative/solution selling, client engagement, and stakeholder management.
• Strong presentation, storytelling, and communication skills with a focus on business value delivery.
• Knowledge of social media, adtech, martech, and enterprise SaaS tools.
• Strategic problem-solving, collaboration, creativity, and resilience in fast-paced environments.
