Key Responsibilities: Manage and coach a team of BDRs focusing on pipeline generation and conversion metrics. Develop and optimize outbound strategies leveraging AI tools and ABM frameworks. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to align efforts, analyze data to improve performance, oversee hiring/onboarding, and foster a high-performance team culture. Skills and Qualifications: Proven pipeline generation success in fast-paced SaaS environments. Expertise in outbound strategies, buyer intent, ABM, and sales tech tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo. Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and analytical skills with a passion for talent development and inclusive team environments.
