Eligibility

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong experience supporting/working with engineering teams
  • Prior software development experience preferred
  • Experience managing cross-functional technical projects, release schedules, and processes
  • Understanding of SDLC, cloud migrations, datacenter migrations, and (optional) security compliance

Role Overview

As a Technical Program Manager, you will partner closely with multiple engineering teams to drive the successful delivery of complex, cross-team initiatives. You will navigate risks, manage change, unblock teams, and ensure the engineering organization operates with high efficiency. This is a high-impact role where you will oversee projects from concept to launch, streamline processes, and enable engineering teams to execute seamlessly in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive technical programs end-to-end—from scoping & requirements to launch
  • Manage detailed project schedules, identify risks, and remove roadblocks to ensure smooth execution
  • Partner with Engineering & Product leaders to simplify workflows and ensure timely releases
  • Introduce tools and process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency
  • Communicate program status, risks, and changes to senior leadership

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Proven project planning and execution capabilities (estimation, scheduling, delivery tracking)
  • Experience managing cross-team engineering projects
  • Ability to balance business, product, and technical perspectives
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills
