Role Overview

As part of the Enterprise team at Grab for Business Thailand, you will be responsible for farming existing enterprise accounts while acquiring new high-value clients. You will build strong business relationships, collaborate cross-functionally, and use data-driven insights to accelerate enterprise growth. This role requires strong sales capabilities, stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and execution excellence. You will report to the Manager, Grab for Business (Thailand).

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new enterprise clients across Thailand and Southeast Asia. Build and manage a healthy pipeline using sales tools while consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Develop strong and long-term relationships with enterprise customers and brand partners. Understand client needs, objections, and business challenges to provide tailored Grab solutions and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Analyze account performance, market trends, and pipeline using platforms like Salesforce, LinkedIn, Tableau, and other sales tools. Present data-backed forecasts and deal reviews to leadership to support business growth and alignment.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B, SaaS, consulting, or enterprise-focused sales in Thailand.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue or sales quotas.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to network internally and externally to influence decision-making and drive opportunities.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and comfort working with data (MS Office, Google Suite).
