Role Overview
Netflix is seeking an Account Manager to join its rapidly growing Ads team. This role will act as a strategic partner to Sales, clients, and agencies, owning the end-to-end campaign execution process from pre-sale to post-campaign reporting. The Account Manager will ensure seamless campaign delivery, strong client relationships, and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, innovative advertising environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales teams to understand client goals and deliver high-quality customer service.
- Lead pre-to-post sale campaign execution, including RFP responses and media plan development.
- Host weekly Pipeline & Pacing meetings with Sales Partners.
- Build media plans covering pricing, packaging, and targeting strategies.
- Lead campaign kick-off meetings and manage asset collection and launch readiness.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to produce custom creative assets.
- Work closely with Ad Operations to ensure flawless campaign setup and execution.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Account Management or Sales Planning within digital media, with a focus on video advertising.
- Hands-on experience with Sales Operations systems (CRM, OMS, Ad Servers).
- Strong understanding of digital media sales models including Direct IO, Programmatic Guaranteed, and PMP.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proven project management skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with advertising research and verification vendors such as Nielsen, ComScore, Moat, IAS, DoubleVerify, and Kantar.
