- Own CMS and CRM systems; lead Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, and Search Console for performance tracking and insights.
- Drive data analysis, A/B testing, and create actionable reports to optimize recruitment marketing efforts.
- Activate employer brand through content strategy, social media, and events; collaborate with Talent Acquisition and business leaders.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in CMS, recruitment CRM, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and SEO practices.
- Strong skills in data storytelling, campaign analytics, talent engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, an ethical mindset, and an impact-driven approach.
