Eligibility:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Minimum 6 years in digital or marketing operations with monitoring, incident support, and process improvement experience
  • Mandatory 2+ years of hands-on experience with DataDog

Role Overview:

As a Digital Marketing Operations Specialist, you will own the end-to-end monitoring framework and incident management process for global marketing pages. You'll drive operational excellence through proactive monitoring (DataDog), user journey mapping, SLA tracking, and incident coordination, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure platform stability and a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement incident support processes with clear SLAs and escalation paths
  • Monitor site health for global marketing pages using DataDog (RUM & Synthetic Monitoring)
  • Design user journey maps and establish priority matrices for triaging incidents
  • Build and maintain dashboards (Power BI/Tableau optional) to visualize performance and SLA compliance
  • Partner with Global Command Center for onboarding and training on tools and support processes
  • Act as the primary incident contact, coordinating resolution and ensuring stakeholder communication
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Business teams for integration, form tracking, and analytics setup
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance site performance and reduce incident frequency

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6+ years in digital/marketing operations
  • 2+ years hands-on experience with DataDog (RUM & Synthetic Monitoring – non-negotiable)
  • Experience in incident management, monitoring strategy, and process design
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills
  • Ability to work across global teams in a fast-paced environment

Good to Have:

  • Dashboarding experience in Power BI, Tableau (trainable if not experienced)
  • ITIL certification
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics
