Eligibility:

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI, or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (preferred)
• A portfolio showcasing user-centric design thinking, problem-solving, and clean UI execution

Role Overview:

Nanonets is seeking a Product Designer who is passionate about solving real user problems through exceptional design. You will be instrumental in shaping the experience for our global user base, translating complex workflows into simple, elegant, and intuitive designs. This role involves working cross-functionally to influence product direction, own critical features, and help scale a design-first culture within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and analysts to understand user needs and business goals
• Conduct user interviews and research to identify pain points and optimize user journeys
• Design user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma
• Present and communicate design ideas clearly to stakeholders and development teams
• Identify and resolve UX issues across the product lifecycle

Skills and Qualifications:

• 4–6 years of experience in UX/UI or product design roles, preferably in SaaS or tech environments
• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent problem-solving, design thinking, and user-centric design
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, design systems, and interaction design
• Proficiency in Figma and other design/prototyping tools
• Experience conducting user research and applying findings to product decisions
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
