Eligibility: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field; Azure or Databricks certifications preferred

Role Overview:

Responsible for defining enterprise-wide data architecture strategy, ensuring scalability, resiliency, and alignment with business goals. Leads innovation, mentors engineering teams, and drives adoption of modern data engineering and cloud technologies to strengthen StoneX’s global technology ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement enterprise-scale data and cloud architecture strategies.
• Build secure, resilient, and scalable data platforms using Azure and Databricks.
• Standardize engineering practices and data governance across global teams.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align technology with business outcomes.
• Lead and mentor engineering teams, resolve complex technical challenges.
• Drive innovation and evaluate emerging technologies for enterprise adoption.
• Represent the organization in conferences, publications, and technology forums.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 10+ years in data engineering, 4–5 years in leadership.
• Expertise in Python, PySpark, Databricks, SQL, and Azure Cloud.
• Strong understanding of microservices, CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with RedPanda/Kafka, Airflow, and real-time data processing.
• Familiarity with Profisee (MDM), Microsoft Dynamics, and Power BI.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Certifications: Azure Data Engineer, Databricks Certified Data Engineer (Professional).
