Role Overview:

Lead and mentor a team focused on optimizing global Commercial Sales through data-driven analytics, strategic planning, and process design to drive revenue growth and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts while driving sales strategy through data-driven forecasting, funnel analysis, and pipeline management. Partner with stakeholders to deliver insights, design sales processes, and manage projects on systems, automation, and tooling to optimize revenue and customer retention.

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong analytical, project management, and sales operations expertise with experience in data integration, process automation, and BI applications. Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with global teams and stakeholders, combined with a passion for technology and innovation.
