Role Overview

We are seeking skilled Duck Creek professionals with expertise in Policy Administration Systems (PAS) to design, develop, and implement solutions for P&C insurance clients. The role requires deep knowledge of Duck Creek Policy modules, policy lifecycle transactions, and insurance workflows, along with strong communication and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Duck Creek Policy applications, including Author, Server, Express, Forms, Rating, Batch Processing, and Workflow.
• Work on policy lifecycle transactions, underwriting, rating, rules, and forms.
• Collaborate with business analysts and clients to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Configure, customize, and enhance Duck Creek PAS (6X & 7X) for various insurance products.
• Ensure smooth policy processing, task creation, and data validations.
• Contribute to manuscripts, data model, inheritance model, and system integration.
• Participate in Agile development, testing, and deployment activities.

Skills & Qualifications

• Mandatory expertise in Duck Creek Policy / PAS with hands-on development experience.
• Strong understanding of policy lifecycle, underwriting, insurance rules, and P&C domain.
• Proficiency in Duck Creek modules: Author, Server, Express, Forms, Rating, Batch Processing, Transact, and Address Validation.
• Knowledge of manuscripts, data model, inheritance model, and workflows.
• Ability to understand business/functional requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
