Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business / IT (Project Management certifications preferred – PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum)
Role Overview:
The PMO will drive standardization, governance, portfolio management, and resource planning across multiple projects. Responsible for project governance frameworks, reporting, risk assessments, process improvement, and senior management support, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and efficient delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Standardization & Governance: Establish and maintain project management standards, methodologies, and governance frameworks.
- Resource Management: Plan, allocate, and forecast project resources across teams.
- Communication & Reporting: Ensure effective communication, track progress, monitor risks, prepare dashboards, reports, and executive summaries.
- Project Portfolio Management: Align projects with business objectives, prioritize initiatives, and manage portfolio performance.
- Process Improvement: Identify best practices, optimize workflows, improve methodologies, and enhance delivery efficiency.
- Training & Support: Provide PM training, tools, templates, and coach project teams on execution.
- Financial & Risk Management: Analyze financial data, monitor budgets, track variances, and manage risks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Domain, Delivery, DevOps, HR, and Support teams to ensure project alignment.
- Leadership Support: Advise and support senior management with insights, risks, and strategic recommendations.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Project Management / PMO experience with exposure to governance frameworks.
- Strong expertise in project status tracking, risk management, budgeting, variance analysis, and defect tracking.
- Proficient in MS Project, Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, Gantt charts).
- Experience in creating project dashboards, reports, and executive summaries.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies – sprint planning, retrospectives, and Scrum ceremonies.
- Knowledge of Jira, Azure DevOps, Power BI for tracking and visualization.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and organizational skills.
- Advantage: Experience in product-based / innovation-driven environments.
