Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for sales and business roles at Paytm. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, lead volume hiring, drive referral programs, and create data-driven hiring strategies to meet business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
- Partner with business leaders & HRBPs on hiring needs and strategies
- Use analytics to identify roadblocks and improve hiring performance
- Drive high-volume / bulk hiring while maintaining recruitment SLAs
- Enhance candidate and stakeholder experience across the recruitment funnel
- Promote employee referral programs and employer branding
- Create and manage KPI dashboards and hiring reports
- Manage and mentor a recruitment unit
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales/business/bulk hiring
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team collaboration skills
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools, social media, job boards, and HRIS systems
- Expertise in recruitment marketing and selection methodologies
- Strong reporting, dashboarding, and data interpretation skills
- Ownership mindset with problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
