Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Instructional Design, or related field
• 5–8 years of experience in content writing, PowerPoint design, or instructional content

Role Overview:

Responsible for crafting compelling narratives, presentations, and content strategies for Tekion’s platforms (ARC, APC, AEC). The role blends writing, design, and project management to simplify technical concepts and enhance user engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead creation of presentation and video script content
• Convert complex product info into simple, user-centric content
• Drive content strategy, narrative development, and cross-format adaptation
• Design high-impact PowerPoint presentations and job aids
• Collaborate with SMEs, design, and multimedia teams
• Ensure consistency, branding, and content quality
• Manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholder feedback
• Mentor junior writers and promote innovation in content development

Skills and Qualifications:

• Advanced PowerPoint design skills (5+ yrs)
• Excellent writing and editing skills
• Strong visual design sensibility and storytelling ability
• Project management and stakeholder coordination
• Familiarity with multimedia tools (Adobe Suite) a plus
• Knowledge of instructional design (ADDIE/SAM) preferred
• Experience with authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate) is a bonus
• Strong attention to detail and content accuracy
• Ability to guide and mentor junior team members
