Role Overview:
As an HR Business Partner for Netflix’s Scanline India team, you will drive talent strategy, organizational design, employee engagement, and inclusion while enabling business outcomes. You’ll collaborate with leadership and HR teams globally, balancing strategic vision and hands-on execution, and building a culture that fosters trust, feedback, and agility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with leaders to understand business needs and influence outcomes through talent strategy.
- Lead initiatives in employee engagement, organization design, compensation, and talent development.
- Act as a culture ambassador, promoting inclusion, feedback, and collaboration.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with employees and leaders.
- Work independently in Hyderabad, serving as a bridge across locations (Mumbai, global HR teams).
- Support business through change management, ambiguity navigation, and operational excellence.
- Ensure effective communication, decision-making, and data-driven HR practices.
- Collaborate across teams, regions, and functions to ensure alignment and consistency.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 8–12 years of HR experience with deep HRBP expertise.
- Proven ability in stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and hands-on HR execution.
- Strong business acumen and ability to partner with leadership effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with trust-building capability.
- Adaptability to navigate change, complexity, and ambiguity.
- Exposure to multiple HR domains (Talent Acquisition, Learning, Rewards) is an advantage.
- Experience in the VFX industry is preferred.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree; a Master’s degree is an added advantage.
