Job Title: Full-Stack Developer (Python, React)

Salary: ₹ 11 Lac to 15 Lac

Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Production-level experience in Python (backend) and ReactJS or Next.js (frontend)
• Hands-on experience deploying on AWS or GCP
• Ability to write and maintain unit test cases
• Experience in Agile/Scrum or Kanban environments
• Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-paced startup-like environments

Role Overview:

As a Full-Stack Developer, you’ll be responsible for building scalable, production-ready applications and MVPs from the ground up. You’ll work closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to ship features quickly using modern tech stacks, primarily Python and React/Next.js. You will also be expected to contribute to system design, infrastructure setup, and maintain code quality through testing and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, deploy, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Python and ReactJS/Next.js
• Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver MVPs under tight timelines
• Participate in technical discussions, architecture design, and code reviews
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code adhering to modern development practices
• Implement and maintain unit testing frameworks to ensure code robustness
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS or GCP
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systems as required
• Work within agile development frameworks (Sprint/Kanban)

Skills and Qualifications:

Must-Have:

• Strong experience with Python (backend)
• Strong experience with ReactJS or Next.js (frontend)
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms: AWS or GCP
• Familiarity with unit testing frameworks
• Agile mindset with a preference for fast-paced environments
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills

Preferred:

• Experience with serverless architecture (e.g., AWS Lambda)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Exposure to rapid prototyping and startup ecosystems
• Experience leading or contributing to cross-functional teams
