Role Overview:
Join our dynamic security team as an Entry Level Cyber Security Engineer. In this role, you will support vulnerability assessments, help secure network infrastructure, and collaborate with senior engineers to implement effective security controls. You'll be mentored by seasoned professionals and get hands-on experience with cutting-edge security tools and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Monitor network traffic and security alerts for threats
- Support the configuration and hardening of firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint security tools
- Document findings, remediation efforts, and maintain security playbooks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for incident response and root cause analysis
- Stay current on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and security best practices
