Eligibility: Candidates with advanced product analytics, statistical modeling, SQL/Python/R skills, and experience driving product insights in fast-paced environments
Role Overview:
Provide advanced analytics support to the product team by analyzing user behavior, tracking product KPIs, and turning data into actionable insights. Influence product strategy, feature prioritization, and customer retention through deep-dive analysis, predictive modeling, and experimentation. Mentor junior analysts and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize product experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead product analytics initiatives, tracking feature adoption, user engagement, and product performance using statistical analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Analyze product KPIs (retention, activation, churn, LTV) and recommend improvements for features and user experiences.
- Collaborate on product attribution and impact models to measure feature contributions to retention, conversion, and revenue.
- Segment customers based on behavior and usage patterns to enable personalized product experiences.
- Design, run, and analyze A/B tests and controlled experiments to optimize product features and UI.
- Forecast trends and feature adoption using statistical models and machine learning to guide product roadmap decisions.
- Mentor junior analysts and provide coaching to elevate team impact.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Advanced analytics, regression models, predictive analytics, and statistical methods.
- Expertise in SQL, Python or R, and product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Heap).
- Data visualization skills to translate complex data into actionable insights (Power BI, dashboards).
- Customer behavior analysis, segmentation, personalization, and product optimization.
- Experience in product performance measurement (engagement, retention, feature usage).
- Strong problem-solving, creativity, and results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
