Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, Advertising, or related field; extensive experience in artwork finishing, print production, OOH/Digital OOH, and asset management.
Role Overview:
Lead art/print finishing, asset coordination, and localization for APAC marketing campaigns. Act as a brand guardian ensuring world-class finishing of artwork assets, seamless project management, and collaboration with vendors, agencies, and cross-functional teams. Deliver creative excellence while scaling workflows and driving innovation across regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Art/Print Finishing Expertise:
- Provide technical and creative finishing advice to agencies and external partners.
- Ensure artwork assets align with marketing creative intent and are production-ready for multiple regions/formats.
- Oversee print, OOH, and D/OOH file suitability, QC, and vendor management.
- Act as brand guardian, ensuring consistency and quality across APAC assets.
- Project Management:
- Manage multiple campaigns at various stages with strong time/resource/stakeholder management.
- Present decks and communicate project ideas, timelines, and progress.
- Use tools such as AirTable, Google Suite, and Adobe Creative Suite for tracking.
- Solve problems proactively, ensuring timely campaign delivery.
- Asset Coordination & Management:
- Coordinate asset delivery, file management, technical specs, and review timelines.
- Update internal project management tools regularly.
- Create and maintain asset delivery decks for stakeholders.
- Localization Knowledge:
- Collaborate with localisation vendors/partners for adaptations and translations.
- Brief and track localisation production (different ratios, formats, and languages).
- Oversee QC workflows (artwork, text, title treatments).
- Manage transcreation/translation for regional adaptations.
- Innovation & Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to refine workflows and improve production efficiency.
- Share best practices across APAC and contribute to global production design thinking.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 10+ years in art/print finishing, production, and creative asset workflows.
- Expert in print production, OOH, D/OOH, and digital asset finishing.
- Strong understanding of artwork workflows, file formats, QC processes, and regional nuances.
- Proven ability to manage multi-project timelines, budgets, and stakeholders.
- Skilled in localisation, transcreation, and translation workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Technical proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, AirTable, and Google Suite.
- Strong eye for detail with ability to balance creative intent and technical feasibility.
