Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate, detail-oriented, and strategically minded UX Designer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for crafting intuitive, accessible, and engaging user experiences that align with client goals and user needs. You will collaborate across disciplines and contribute to shaping innovative products with measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply design thinking to solve real-world user and business problems
• Conduct user research, create personas, define user flows, and map journeys
• Review and improve wireframes, user flows, process flows, and site maps
• Ensure visual and interaction consistency across projects
• Deliver pixel-perfect, high-quality designs within deadlines
• Scope design efforts and contribute to proposals (LOE, SOW)
• Guide and mentor junior designers on design trends and best practices
• Participate in design reviews and iterate based on feedback
• Foster open communication and team collaboration
• Keep the spirit high with a good sense of humor!

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong grasp of UX methodologies – research, interviews, wireframes, prototyping
• Keen eye for design principles, including layout, alignment, typography, and spacing
• Experience using tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.
• Strategic and analytical thinking capabilities
• Ability to accept and provide constructive criticism with professionalism
• Team player with an ownership mindset and a positive attitude
• Open-minded, with a strong sense of curiosity and adaptability
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
