Eligibility:

• MBA / PGDM (Finance) – Full-time post-graduate program only
• Basic understanding of finance, trade lifecycle, and derivatives

Role Overview:

The Senior Analyst – Investment Banking will support Middle Office and Regulatory processes within the Financial Markets domain. The role involves managing client deliverables, process documentation, and operational controls while ensuring timely and high-quality outputs. The candidate will work across global shifts (APAC, EMEA, NAM) and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to deliver superior service and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage multiple Middle Office and Regulatory Support processes.
• Independently handle clients and establish strong business relationships.
• Participate in group-level initiatives and process enhancement projects.
• Ensure accurate and updated process documentation.
• Build domain expertise and contribute to issue resolution and control enhancement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain high-quality standards and meet deadlines.

Skills and Qualifications :

• Full-time MBA/PGDM in Finance (Freshers eligible)
• Knowledge of investment banking, trade lifecycle, and derivatives
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent analytical, logical, and quantitative abilities
• Proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership beyond assigned tasks
• Ability to work across APAC, EMEA, and NAM shifts
