Role Overview:

We’re seeking a skilled eLearning Developer to design and develop interactive SCORM/xAPI-compliant modules using tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and multimedia tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro). You’ll work closely with Instructional Designers, SMEs, and media teams to create engaging learning experiences that meet WCAG 2.0 accessibility standards and integrate with LMS platforms (Moodle, Blackboard, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop eLearning courses using Articulate, Captivate
• Create animations, simulations, and assessments
• Ensure SCORM/xAPI & LMS compatibility
• Collaborate with SMEs, designers, and multimedia teams
• Conduct QA testing (functionality, accessibility – WCAG 2.0)
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Stay current with eLearning trends and tools

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–4 years in eLearning development
• Proficiency in Storyline, Captivate, and Adobe Creative Suite
• SCORM/xAPI & LMS experience
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (preferred)
• Understanding of ADDIE and SAM models
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
