Eligibility:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of proven experience in sales analytics, data interpretation, or business strategy.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Sales Strategy & Business Analyst to support our sales team with actionable insights, business models, and CRM optimization. This role will be instrumental in aligning data-driven strategies with sales goals, supporting management decisions, and enhancing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Sales & Strategy teams to build business models, monitor funnels, and drive data-driven insights.

Conduct market analysis, track sales performance, and create dashboards/reports for revenue, traffic, and pipeline management.

Manage CRM tools, ensure lead/opportunity tracking, and act as a bridge between Sales, Product, and Operations teams.

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Excel, Tableau, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

Excellent in data modeling, dashboarding, and communicating sales metrics to cross-functional teams.

Detail-oriented, proactive, with good communication, time management, and team collaboration abilities.
