Eligibility:
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales quotas in B2B software sales (preferred)
- Ability to work in a hybrid model, located near Toronto

- Experience managing enterprise sales cycles and building pipelines
Role Overview:
Drive new business acquisition and pipeline growth by selling the Company's social media management solutions to enterprise customers across landmark industries. Own the entire sales cycle from opportunity creation through negotiation and closing, leveraging consultative selling to deliver tailored value propositions. Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify new outbound leads; build and manage a pipeline to achieve quota
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles with senior and C-level stakeholders
- Present tailored product demos and proposals aligned to client needs
- Collaborate with Sales Development, Pre/Post Sales, and Customer Success teams
- Handle RFI/RFP, security/privacy agreements, and contract negotiations
- Develop regional expansion strategies and identify cross-sell opportunities
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting and activity tracking in Salesforce, Sales Navigator, and 6Sense
- Travel as needed for prospect meetings and presentations
- Mentor peers by sharing insights and best practices
