Eligibility:

  • 12–16 years in Channel Sales/Channel Management, especially in SaaS or Enterprise Software
  • Proven experience in driving multi-million revenue through Tier 1 partners, GSIs, distributors, resellers, and hyperscalers
  • Strong C-level network in the Indian partner ecosystem

Role Overview:

Lead and scale strategic channel partnerships across India to drive revenue growth in the EX/CX SaaS space. Collaborate with internal business heads and external executive partners to build profitable and high-impact go-to-market strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategic partner-led revenue growth via GSIs, resellers, distributors, and hyperscalers
  • Build and manage executive-level relationships with key partners
  • Develop co-sell strategies and partner enablement frameworks
  • Align channel sales with business objectives; optimize partner performance metrics
  • Regularly analyze and refine partner strategies based on market trends and feedback

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of channel partner models, partner profitability, and enterprise sales
  • Proven track record in partner program execution and business planning
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and C-suite influencing skills
  • Strong strategic mindset with experience in scaling SaaS partnerships
  • Willingness to travel extensively for partner engagement and alignment
